It is a very soft gueuze, refreshing but tender, complex but thirst speak. Only water, own hops, barley malt and wheat from the Pajottenland are the raw materials. Unfiltered and re fermented and matured in the bottle for 6 months, this Bourbon gueuze is perfectly drunk from August 2023.
